For delivery to Norfolk, Virginia and Tracy, California. The government intends to award a firm fixed price contract with the issue date expected to be 8/12/02 and the closing date of 9/12/02. Delivery to CONUS (excluding Alaska). Drawings not required. This acquisition is unrestricted. Incremental quantities apply as follows: Primary Qty is 700; first alternate qty is 1000 and 2nd alternate qty is 1200.
