(077H9) p/n 8838329; This solicitation will be available on the internet at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp 15 days after this notice is published in FedBizOpps; Requests for hard copies of this solicitation will not be accepted; Specifications, plans or drawings are not available: this acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestricted technical data. Therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with approved sources under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1) - approved sources are those listed above; Deliver 790 kits to the depot at New Cumberland, PA and 996 kits to the depot at Tracy, CA; A Government First Article Test is required for all alternate offers; ABVS evaluation applies; A 100% option is included; This is an unrestricted acquisition.
