- Description
- The Air Armament Center (AAC), Eglin AFB, FL intends to solicit and award a Firm-Fixed Price contract to provide and install audio/visual presentation briefing equipment. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quotation is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The reference number is F753WG22390100, and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This requirement is Full and Open Competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 334310, with a small business standard size of 750 employees. Please identify your business size in your response based upon this standard. The requirement is for CLIN 0001, one (1) Date/video projector with 3000 (minimum) lumens; CLIN 0002, one (1) Ceiling mount for projector; CLIN 0003, one (1) Projector Electrical Surge Protector; CLIN 0004, one (1) Tensioned surface electric projection screen 100 inch diagonal minimum presentation size. Screen should be electronically retractable and remotely operated by RF control unit; CLIN 0005, one (1) Low Voltage Control with single station LV control; CLIN 0006, one (1) 48 inch Multi-Media Presentation Lectern, keyboard drawer, 10 rack space rack mount and document camera shelf, recessed monitor well, cable port, heavy duty casters, lockable doors and front access panel, and wiring duct, all in oak veneer finish; CLIN 0007, one (1) Color wireless LCD remote control panel; CLIN 0008, one (1) Fixed resource control panel; CLIN 0009, one (1) Crestron system programming; CLIN 0010, one (1) Crestron lighting module enclosure, holds six modules, dimensions 18.25 inches H x 32 inches W x 6.4 inches D; CLIN 0011, one (1) Crestron wall mounted control plates with four programmable button configuration; CLIN 0012, two (2) Incandescent Dimmer module, 2 channel 2.4 kw at 120 volts; CLIN 0013, one (1) 8 x 6 router for Y/C video and balanced audio routing +F83; CLIN 0014, eight (8) Balanced to unbalanced transformers; CLIN 0015, one (1) Input with 4x1 switching for composite video, Y/C video and VGA; CLIN 0016, one (1) Input switcher and video scaler (no audio); CLIN 0017, one (1) VGA 1x4 DA to provide feeds to toughscreen, projector and rear room; CLIN 0018, one (1) Computer interface with dual outputs to provide local monitor and video projector feeds for the presentation computer; CLIN 0019, one (1) Flush mount connector assembly; CLIN 0020, one (1) VGA line driver for guest VGA; CLIN 0021, one (1) Pass through mini connector; CLIN 0022, one (1) VGA to 5 BNC adapter cable; CLIN 0023, one (1) Surround amplifier; CLIN 0024, two (2) Surround L/R front speakers (omni mount); CLIN 0025, two (2) Wallmount bracket for SB-1 speakers; CLIN 0026, one (1) Surround center speaker (recessed mount); CLIN 0027, one (1) Surround sub woofer (keyhole mount); CLIN 0028, two (2) Surround rear L/R speakers; CLIN 0029, one (1) Cardiod mic system; CLIN 0030, one (1) Rackmount kit for EW122; CLIN 0031, one (1) Visual presenter with XGA output, capable of being stored in document camera drawer of lectern CLIN 006 above; CLIN 0032, one (1) 17 inch LCD 1280x1024 for podium computer; CLIN 0033, one (1)13 inch color monitor for rear room program and local VCR preview; CLIN 0034, one (1) 4x1 BNC video/stereo router for use with 13 inch color monitor; CLIN 0035, two (2) 42 inch diagonal Plasma monitors capable of either VGA or video display; CLIN 0036, two (2) Plasma panel tilt wall mount, CLIN 0037, two (2) Twin speakers for plasma monitor; CLIN 0038, Installation. These items are to be delivered FOB Destination to Eglin AFB, Florida.
