- Description
- This solicitation is to supply different types of precast concrete vault and flush toilet buildings, and concrete utility buildings with a variation of concrete block, steel, stainless steel and fiberglass components. Delivery may be made at any Forest Service location, or other Federal Land Management Agencies throughout the United States. Manufacture, fabrication, delivery and placement of the units, which will be fully accessible and meet design standards for naturally ventilated, odor free buildings. Multiple awards are anticipated. The resultant contract(s) will be Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), with a base year and four (4) option years. Minimum order of $2,500, and maximum orders over the life of the contract, depending upon the number of contracts awarded, $40 million. The solicitation will be advertised using Commercial Item procedures and Part 15 of the FAR. Offers will be evaluated on the following technical evaluation factors: 1) Past Performance; 2) Overall Management Plan and Organization; 3) Ability to meet delivery schedules; 4) Quality Control; and 5) Aesthetics.
