- THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES AMENDMENT NO. 0002 TO THE COMBINED SYNOPSIS/IFB FOR "ADD SHOWERS AND LOCKER ROOM TO BUILDING 4315 MEN'S LOCKER ROOM AREA. Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their quote. This notice serves as the official amendment to subject synopsis/IFB and a written amendment will not be issued. The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate the following provision: 52.228-1 (SEP 1996) Bid Guarantee - "20 percent of Bond amount" in paragraph. It also amends the first sentence of the Description to read: "NASA/MSFC is issuing an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for addition of a shower area, drying area, and additional locker space to the existing men's locker room." The due date for receipt of offers is not extended. Companies shall provide the information stated in the synopsis/RFQ posted on the NASA Acquisition Internet Service (NAIS) on September 10, 2002.
