- Description
- REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 6,200 rentable square feet yielding 5,391 to 5,600 usable square feet of contiguous office and related space in Ashtabula, Ohio. The space must be first class office space in an existing or newly constructed office building and must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious surroundings with a prevalence of modern design, tasteful rehabilitation in modern use or new construction. LOCATION: Offered properties must be located in the city limits of Ashtabula, Ohio. If adequate downtown competition becomes available during the procurement, The United States Government will then restrict the boundaries to the centralized community business area. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The space must be altered to meet the Federal Government's standards for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Approximately twenty-four (24) parking spaces are required and must be located within two blocks of the offered property. Space must be ready for occupancy by December 1, 2003. LEASE TERM: Term is 20 years, 10 years firm, with the Government having cancellation privileges, after 10 years.
