- The General Services Administration will issue a solicitation to properties interested in the Federal Premier Lodging Program (FPLP). The FPLP contracts with multiple properties in high travel destinations to create guaranteed lodging room blocks at guaranteed rates for U.S. Government personnel on official business travel.
