- SPAWARSYSCEN Charleston has a requirement for Tri-Band Satellite Simulators (Loop Test Translator). The Government anticipates award of a Firm-Fixed price type contract under the Commercial Item Test Procedures, FAR Part 13.5. This procurement is anticipated to be for a base year with four (4) one-year option periods. All responsible sources meeting the government?s requirement are invited to submit a proposal which will be considered. The solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet, on or about 16 September 2002 at the SPAWARSYSCEN Charleston Website with an anticipated closing date of 19 September 2002. It is the offeror?s responsibility to monitor this site for the release of the solicitation and amendments (if any). Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments. No paper distribution of these documents will be provided. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334515, and the applicable size standard is 500 employees. This procurement is set aside for small businesses only.
