- Description
- FISC Norfolk Naval Shipyard Annex intends to procure under Simplified Acquisition Procedures on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302 from Everest VIT Inc. Camera System, Quick View System with related monitor, probes, adapters, tubes and software. This requirement will be awarded as a firm-fixed priced contract utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures as set forth in FAR Part 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Products. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. However, interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. The solicitation number is N00181-02-Q-E047 The NAICS classification is 334519 and the small business size standard is 500. Numbered note 22 applies. Items must be received at NNSY no later than 27 September 2002. FOB Destination to Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Receiving Officer, Bldg. 276, Portsmouth, VA 23709-5000. Inspection and Acceptance is Destination. All quotations must be received by 2:00 P.M. local time, on 13 September 2002.
