- Description
- The services to be provided are for storage and warehousing services in support of Commander Mid-Atlantic Region, Norfolk, VA. This acquisition will be limited to those 8(A) firms that are certified under North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) 493110. Offers must have the necessary management staff, material, facility and equipment to fulfill the requirements set forth in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Solicitation N00189-02-R-0038 is for a base period (01 January 03 to 31 Dec 03) with four additional one-year options to start beginning of each calendar year. The solicitation shall be issued on or around 4 October 2002. All responsible sources must submit pricing and past performance data by 4:00 p.m. on the date the offer is due. Potential Offerors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will only be available by downloading the documents at http://www.neco.navy.mil or FEDBIZOPPS at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. This office will no longer issue hard copy solicitations. By submitting a proposal, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal Agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the proposal.
