- Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, Ship Systems Engineering Station (NSWCCD-SSES), intends to procure, on a sole source basis from Phillystran Inc., 2 each, Dyneema Ship Handling (Mooring) Lines, Part No. HMPE-230, 150-Foot Long Head Line; 3 each, Dyneema Ship Handling (Mooring) Lines, Part No. HMPE-230, 300-Foot Long Quarter Lines; 1 each, Dyneema Ship Handling (Mooring) Lines, Part No. HMPE-230, 450 Foot Long Ship Handling Line; and 2 each, Dyneema Part No. HMPE-100, 300-Foot Mediterranean Moor Retrieval Line. Delivery to NSWCCD-SSES is required sixty (60) days after contract award. See Note 22.
