- SOLICITATION NO. N68335-02-R-0327 AND ALL AMENDMENTS WILL NOT BE MAILED TO CONTRACTORS. The solicitation will appear on the NAVAIR homepage located at http://www.navair.navy.mil Select "Business", the "Doing Business With US", and "Open Solicitations". This procurement is for Valve Body, Drawing No. 626769-1, 1 First Article Unit and 3 Production Units, with an Option Quantity of 4 Units. The Valve Body is part of the Steam Valve Assembly which is one of three major assemblies that make up the Low Loss Launch Valve. Magnetic Particle Inspection and Material Certifications are required. First Article Test Report due 180 days after date of contract, Production Units due 180 days after release for production. Delivery FOB Destination to Lakehurst, NJ with best commercial packaging and packing. This procurement contains Technical Data subject to the Export Control Laws, see note 8. The Government intends to award a contract to the offeror whose proposal offers the best value to the Government, considering the factors of Technical, Past Performance and Price. All contractors seeking award must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database.
