Description: The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Office of Indian Education = Programs (OIEP) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with ITT = Night Vision. The purpose of this contract is to acquire night vision = monoculars for the BIA, Office of Law Enforcement Services. This = requirement will be purchased as an acquisition of commercial items. = There is no solicitation regarding this sole source synopsis. = Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond = to the requirement. Only written responses received by 3:00 p.m. MST, = September 16, 2002 will be accepted. The Government will not be = responsible for any cost incurred in response to this notice.
