- NA Sole Source Commercial Item: The United States Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), Yuma, Arizona intends to negotiate with Speed Vision Technologies, Inc., 3970 Sorrento Valley Blvd., Suite E, San Diego, California 92101 for two upgrades: 1 each to the Hr c 1000 which includes Imager Head, cable and processor to refurbish to a HG Imager Model 2000. Color 2048 Frame includes Color Imager: 2048 frame storage, RS232 serial port, 10m imager cable, 100 base T Ethernet D box and power cable. All upgrades to the HG Imager Model 2000 must be form, fit, and function to the already existing equipment. 1 each upgrade Redlake Motion Scope 8000 to Refurnish HG Imager Model 2000. Color 2048 Frames includes color imager, 2048 frame storage, RS232 serial port, 10m Image r cable. 100 base T Ethernet, D box and power cable. The equipment possesses hardware design and technical data proprietary to Speed Vision Technologies, Inc. This acquisition shall be conducted under FAR Part 12 for Commercial Items, this is a synopsis , solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation/proposal being requested and a written sol icitation will not be issued. This award will be firm fixed price. The SIC Code is 3861 - 500 personnel and NAICS is 42140. FAR and DFASs Clauses, provisions through FAC 2001-09 are applicable to the subsequent award. Clauses, provisions are: 52.212-1 Instructions to Offertory Commercial Items; 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications ? Commercial Items; 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions ? Commercial Items, 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions required to Implement Status or Executive Orders ? Commercial Items; 52.215-5 Facsimile Proposals; 52.247-34 FOB Destination; 252.212-7002 Contact Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items.
