- NA For the Fort Buchanan catholic congregation, IAW AR 165-1, Fort Buchanan Standard Operation Procedures and the Archdiocese for the Military Services. The contractor shall conduct services per the dictate of the Roman Catholic Church as outlined int he attached statement of work, and Chaplain activities Office. Contractor shall be thoroughly familiarizedwill all facets of the Roman Catholic religious pr actices. The contractor will conduct services per the dates of the Roman Catholic Church and as outlined in the statement of work and shall also provide additional pastoral ministrations in counseling, hospital visitation, Bible studies and other lay participation activities that support worship services. The contractor must be able to speak, write (to understand and be understood) English and Spanish. All ministrations will be performed in English and Spanish when required and planned.
