- Description
- NA Period of performance is twelve months from date of award with two one year option periods. This is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract. The Government minimum is $12,500.00 per year. The NAICS code, SIC code, and size standard are 23320, 1 542, and $28,500,000 respectively. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Pursuant to the Small Business Administration Act, this is a competitive 8(a) procurement restricted to eligible 8(a) contractors serviced by the Puerto Rico SBA office located at 252 Ponce DeLeon Ave., Hato Rey, PR. All other firms are deemed ineligible to submit bids. Only one award shall be made. Eligible firms shall request a soliciation package in writing. Requests may be mailed to the Dire ctorate of Contracting, HQ U S Army Fort Dix, 5418 South Scott Plaza, Fort Dix, NJ 08640-5097, faxed to Karen Umstot 609-562-6933, or emailed to karen.umstot@dix.army.mil. No telephone requests will be accepted. Requests sent via mail must contain a verifi able return address or they will not be opened. All request should include the solicitation number, your company's name and address, a point of contact, telephone number, facsimile number, email address if available, Taxpayer Identification Number, Cage Code, and DUNS number. A bid opening date has not been established at this time but will be annotated in the final released Invitation For Bid.
