- NA This acquisition is for Commercial Item/Services. The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, labor, supplies, and services to provide, place, empty, and clean refuse generated at Milford Lake Project Office, Junction City, Kansas. The period of performance is one base year FY03 beginning 01 October 2002 through 30 September 2003, plus two one-year options. The service period for Option Year I-FY04 is from 01 October 2003 through 30 September 2004. The service period for Option Year II-FY05 i s from 01 October 2004 through 30 September 2005. The Government will award a contract from this request for proposals to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the governments price and past perfo rmance considered. This solicitation is open to both large and small business participation. The standard industrial code SIC is 4212. The NAICS Code is 562111. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered by this agency. The Solicitation package shall be available on or about September 06, 2002.
