- NA The U.S. Army Aviation & Missile Command proposes to acquire, on other than full and open competition basis, Logistical Engineering and Technical Support (LETS) Services for Longbow Fire Control Radar FCR at 8th Army, (EUSA), 2nd Infantry Division Camp Pa ge Korea, for the period of September 26, 2002 - December 31, 2002. Effort is to secure guidance on the operation, maintenance, built in diagnostics, and manual troubleshooting for the Longbow FCR. The Government intends to utilize a Firm Fixed price d elivery order to contract DAAH23-02-G-0011. This is a sole source requirement to Longbow Limited Liability Company, 5600 Sand Lake Road, MP-918, Orlando FL. Only LBLLC possesses the technical expertise and experience necessary to execute LETS support for the FCR. Under the Authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one source or a limited number of responsible sources are able to satisfy agency requirements. No solicitation will be issued. Interested parties should identify themselves in writing to the Co ntracting Officer. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency. See number Note(s) 22.
