- DINING TABLES AND CHAIRS. 1) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. 2) Solicitation F65501-02-T0016 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). 3) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-09. 4) This solicitation is a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 337122; size standard: 500 employees. 5) ITEM: Line Item 0001) Table, Drop-Leaf. Furniture by Thurstons # WCI121311 or equal. Oak, heavy duty, 4 drop leafs. 30/42 x 30/42 x 30H. Includes drop leaf extenders, leveling glides and black metal pedestal base, Thurstons # WCI 41112022M or equal. Quantity: 50 each. Line Item 0002) Chairs, Dining. Thurstons # 19087 or equal. Solid oak, slat back, upholstered seat, upholstery color: dark blue. Quantity: 200 each. 6) DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: See 5. 7) DELIVERY: FOB DESTINATION to Elmendorf Air Force Base, Alaska. 8) FAR 52.212-1 ? Instructions to Offerors?Commercial, applies to this acquisition. 9) FAR 52.212-2 ? Evaluation ? Commercial Items applies to this solicitation. Award will be made based on the lowest priced/technically acceptable offer. Submissions of equals must include documentation justifying the equal.
