- PROPOSED SYNOPSIS Title: Medical Gas Support Client: Patrick AFB Medical Clinic This is a synopsis for a commercial acquisition. The requirement is to provide medical gas support for the Patrick AFB Medical Clinic. This requirement will be conducted at Patrick AFB, FL. Period of performance is 1 Oct 2002 ? 30 Sep 2007. This effort will be awarded as a Blanket Purchase Agreement for a period of five years and paid using Government Convenience Checks. The government intends to make a single award to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror. This proposed procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. Solicitation No. F08650-02-T-0315 is issued as a Request for Proposal. It is advertised with a Standard Industrial Code (SIC) of 2813, business size of $5.0M and a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 325120. IMPORTANT: The Department of Defense (DOD) has determined the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be the Single DOD registration for contractors who conduct business or who are interested in conducting business with the Department. You may register in CCR on-line at http://ccr.edi.disa.mil. It is mandatory to obtain a DUNS number prior to registering in CCR by calling Dun & Bradstreet (1-800-333-0505). All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 13 Sep 02 at http://www2.eps.gov/spg/.
