- FURNISH 2500 COPIES OF THE BOOK TITLED: ?AMERICAN GENERALSHIP: CHARACTER IS EVERYTHING: THE ART OF COMMAND? BY EDGAR F. PURYEAR FOR THE CHIEF OF STAFF OF THE AIR FORCE (CSAF) PROFESSIONAL READING PROGRAM. IT IS THE INTENT OF THIS AGENCY TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT UNDER STATUTORY AUTHORITY 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C) (1), SET FORTH IN FAR 6.302-1, (ONLY ONE RESPONSIBLE SOURCE AND NO OTHER SUPPLIES OR SERVICES WILL SATISFY AGENCY REQUIREMENTS).
