- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial commodities issued by the Contracting Office, Offutt AFB, NE and prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations document (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation number F25600-02-T-0144 is being issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-07. All applicable provisions and clauses are included in the actual solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The Government intends to issue a BRAND NAME purchase order for the following commercial items. 1. Sigma 2.8 17-35mm lens (Quantity 6) Part# 519 2. UV filter for Sigma 17-35mm lens (Quantity 6) Part# AFH 910 3. SC-17 off-camera flash attachment (Quantity 15) Part# 4557 4. Nikon 2.8 24-85mm lens (Quantity 10) Part# 1925 5. Nikon 2.8 80-200mm lens (Quantity 2) Part# 1986 6. UV Filter for Nikon 24-85mm lens (Quantity 10) Part# 2438 7. UV Filter for Nikon 80-200mm lens (Quantity 2) Part# 2438 8. Coolpix 5000 camera (Quantity 1) Part# 25501 NAICS Code is 443130; this solicitation is issued as 100 percent GSA set-aside. Only GSA priced quotes will be accepted. Complete written quotations must be physically received by the 55 Contracting Squadron, 101 Washington Square, Offutt AFB by 18 September 2002 at 12:00 pm CST. Facsimile copies may be submitted to (402) 232-6571. Direct all questions to Jennifer Hoffman via email or facsimile. COLLECT CALLS CANNOT BE ACCEPTED. NO PARTIAL QUOTES WILL BE CONSIDERED. NO PARTIAL AWARDS WILL BE MADE. Please acknowledge all requirements on quotations. Please indicate FOB destination on quote. The clause at DFAR 252.204-7004 Required Central Contracting Registration applies to this and all future acquisitions. Contractors must have an active CCR Registration by 18 September 2002 at 12:00 p.m. CST to be eligible for award. Offers are due by 18 September 2002 at 12:00pm CST.
