- Services Non-personal: Services consist of providing all qualified personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform Power Washing of Aircraft on stands located in Heritage Park. Services include but are not limited to, all aircraft on display in Heritage Park on a quarterly basis in the months of July, October, January and April. There are a total of 6 aircraft on display. They include: 1 each F-16CJ, F-4 Phantom II, EF 111, F-86 Super Sabre and F-84 Thunder Jet. Special Events Service shall be for 4 extra washes such as Change of Command Ceremonies and Very Important Person (VIP) visits to Mountain Home AFB, Idaho, as described in the Statement of Work. The Government anticipates awarding a firm fixed-price type purchase order for the period of 01 Oct 2002 through 30 Sep 2003, with 1 option year.
