- MYERS ADJUSTABLE TIRE INSPECTION/REPAIR SPREADER NOTICE TO OFFERORS: FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS PROJECT. NO AWARD WILL BE MADE UNDER THIS SOLICITATION UNTIL FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE. THE GOVERNMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THIS SOLICITATION EITHER BEFORE OR AFTER THE CLOSING DATE Model 50-757, Myers Adjustable Tire Inspection/Repair Spreader. The applicable NAICS Code is NAICS 326212 with the small business size standard being five hundred. This solicitation will be a 100% set-aside for very small business concerns. If there is no fair and reasonable offer received from a very small business concern, the acquisition for very small business set-aside may be dissolved and the acquisition will be set aside for small business. If there is no fair and reasonable offer recieved from small business, the small business set-aside will be dissolve and the acquistion will be open to all responsive bidders. Large and small disadvantaged businesses are encouraged to respond to this solicitation. Anticipated issue date is 16 September 2002 and anticipated opening date is 23 September 2002. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. To make an qualifying offer, bidding contractor must be registered with the Central Contractor Registrator (CCR). Items provided must be the of the same model and specifications as indicated above. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Applicable factors will be listed in the solicitation.
