- This pre solicitation notice is for LAN and Micro Computer Services which includes providing the Computer Operations Facility at Langley AFB with contractor support for computer operations, LAN management, LAN maintenance, customer software services, LAN component installation, PC installation, network configuration and trouble shooting, cable plant installation and maintenance. The computer operations facility consist of one Local Area Network Microsoft NT V4.0 file server, 1 Windows 2000 print server, 10Base-T/100Base-T concentrator hubs/ switches, approximately 330 PC W2K work stations and laptops, printer and includes CD-ROMs, plotters, scanners, projectors, audio equipment etc. The solicitation will be for HUBZONE SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS ONLY. No other offers will be considered for award. The basis for the award will be Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Price will be the determining factor for award.
