- Description
- The GLAC (Great Lakes Acquisition Center) is soliciting quotations to provide the necessary equipment, labor and materials for the testing of the electrical distribution equipment at the VA Medical Center, North Chicago, IL Anticipated period of performance is within 120 days after award of contract. Contract type is firm-fixed price. This is a total 100% small business set-aide and offerors are reminded to complete all sections of the solicitation, including the Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. Anticipated award effective date is September 27, 2002. Electronic version and hard copy of solicitation will be available on or about September 12, 2002. NAICS number is 541380. Size standard is $6 million. Electronic solicitation may be obtained FREE at the following URL: http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov/solicitation. Requests for hard copy solicitation must be in writing to the GLAC Contact Point and accompanied by a check for $5.00 made out to the Department of Veterans Affairs. No telephone requests will be accepted. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will also be available at the URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments.
