- Description
- The Department of Energy, National Nuclear Security Administration Nevada Operations Office (NNSA/NV) has a requirement for a needs assessment of the National Center for Counterterrorism Training (NCCT) program. The services required are for the development of proprietary code in support of the organizational Operations Information System (O2SI) for the NNSA. NNSA/NV has acquired a license for federal employees to utilize the Merrimac O2IS shell. NNSA/NV intends on awarding a sole source contract to Merrimac Associates, Cherry Hill, NJ, in order to fill this requirement. The proposed actions is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source and no other services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
