Configuration Control Applies. Origin Inspection Required. Technical Data Availability: Dscr Does Not Currently Have An Approved Technical Data Package Available For This NSN. Please Do Not Submit Request To DSCR-VABA. I/A/W Qap 13873; Qap 003; Dtd 05/14/97. Requirement is an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year and four (4) option years. The solicitation issue date is 8 Oct 02 and the solicitation closing date is 8 Nov 02. FOB: Origin; Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. QAP 003 applies. Pricing will be based on the estimated annual demand quantities of 307 each for the base year and for each option year. DSCR intends to award as a firm-fixed price type contract. Surge quantity requirements do not apply for this PR. Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) or Internet Quoting Services (IQS) proposals are unacceptable. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
