NOTE 26 apply to this solicitation. The solicitation will be available on its issue date of September 30, 2002 at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. Proposed procurement contains a 200% option for increased quantities. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
