Description
The General Services Administration intends to negotiate on a full and open competitive basis the acquisition of Telecommunications Services to be provided to Federal Agencies in fourteen (14) geographic areas located within GSA?s Mid-Atlantic Region, covering the states of DE, MD, PA, VA and WV. Offerors shall provide state-of-the-art digital and analog and ISDN telecommunication services with capacity and capability for the Federal Government?s current and future requirements. Offerors shall design, plan, implement, provide and maintain 100% of the services described in this solicitation. Services required within this solicitation shall be Central Office-Based, used primarily for voice communications. Such arrangements shall support multiple users that might be located at multiple sites with PBX-like capabilities, services and features. Often called Centrex-Like Services, Off-Premises or Switch-Based Services, these services do not require common equipment at users? sites, and can be provided via various solutions. ISDN Basic Rate Interface (BRI) Services are included in this category. Multiple contracts may be awarded for the entire requirement, with single contracts awarded by location/lot. Award of contracts will be made based on a Best Value analysis. The Period of Performance for this requirement will be a Base Period of three years (36 months) from date of award, with five one year options.
