- The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue orders on multiple occasions for a period of up to three years under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00024-03-G-4000 with DRS Sensors & Targeting Systems, Inc., 3338 Miraloma Avenue, Anaheim, CA 92806. Orders are to be issued for component repair, alteration and overhaul of the AN/SAY-1 Thermal Imaging Sensor System. Orders will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). DRS Sensors & Targeting Systems, Inc. is currently the only manufacturer with the design and production knowledge to provide the required services and is the successor to the developer organization. No other source has the technical qualifications and the necessary resources to perform the effort described herein, nor will any other supplies or services satisfy the Navy's requirements.
