- The Drug Enforcement Administration is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services for services as described in the attached Statement of Work. 100% accuracy is required. A credit for each page not 100% accurate shall be applied by the contractor. Per FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation, Commercial Items, offerors will be evaluated on technical approach, past experience, past performance, price, and offered credits per page. Offerors shall provide a technical proposal which indicates exactly how they propose to provide the services required by this effort, and shows information on RELEVANT past experience, including customer points of contact for past performance. Offerors shall include ALL current contracts and contacts on work that is similar to this requirement. This is a total small business set aside, NAICS 514210. In order to be susceptible of receiving an award, offerors shall submit certifications for the following provisions with their quote: 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, 52.212-4, Contract Terms & Conditions-Commercial Items, 52.212-5, Contract Terms & Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items. Also, FAR 52.215-1 is incorporated. Per FAR 52.215.1.f.4, for efficiency purposes, **ONLY THE FIRST 10 COMPANIES REQUESTING (via email) THE SAMPLE IMAGING DOCUMENTS VIA FAX WILL RECEIVE THOSE DOCUMENTS.
