- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation, USZA96-02-Q-1011 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-08. The associated NAICS code is 333911 and small business size standard is 500. Line Item 0001 ? Hamilton Waterjet complete P/N HJ321 Single 1 each, Item 0002 Model hj32 rebuild kit P/N RK321 2 each, Item 0003 32KW Impeller P/N 110667 4 each. FOB Destination to SBU22, Stennis Space Center, MS. The provision at FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial applies to this acquisition. Offerors are required to complete and include a copy of the following provision with their proposals: FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representation and Certifications- Commercial Items.
