- This modification is issued to provide an attached file for questions and answers which the FedBizOps system did not post to the previous amendment. The questions and answers were from the on-site visit held on Thursday, August 29th at the BEP. Due to the delay in processing this information, the BEP is extending the proposal due date to Monday, September 23rd, at 4 p.m. If hand-carried, proposals must be carried to the employee entrance at 13th and C Streets, SW. There are no other changes to soliciation BEP-02-02. This proposal is only for the Washington, D.C. facility; a separate RFP will be issued at a later date for operation and maintenance of the Fort Worth, Texas wastewater pre-treatment plant.
