- Description
- This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is only an announcement; quotes are to be requested and a written solicitation will be issued. The Solicitation number is M00681-02-T-0387 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-02 and DAC 91-13. This request IS UNRESTRICTED. The requirement is for a fixed price service contract to provide MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF GOVERNMENT OWNED COOLING SYSTEMS LOCATED AT MARINE COPRS BASE, CAMP PENDLETON, CALIFORNIA. Service to begin effective 1 Oct 2002 (base year), with the option to extend for two (2) additional years, for a total of three (3) years. All responsible sources may submit an offer. All Contractors submitting a proposal are reminded that you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database to be considered for award. The website for CCR is http://ccr2000.com. Quotes are solicited FOB Destination to Camp Pendleton CA. Quotes shall be submitted no later than 1200 PST 23 September 2002 to Beverly Hardy or SSgt Marquez via fax or mail. Quotes can be sent via US Postal Service to Regional Contracting Office, Po Box 1609, Oceanside, CA 92051-1609 Attn: Beverly Hardy or SSgt Marquez. If quote is to be sent via Federal Express, address should read Regional Contracting Division, Bldg. 22180, MCB, Camp Pendleton CA 92055, Attn: Beverly Hardy or SSgt Marquez. Faxed quotes should be addressed to Beverly Hardy or SSgt Marquez 760-725-4346/8445, and clearly state the solicitation number on the first page to ensure receipt. O fferors bear the burden of ensuring that all pages of the quote reach the designated office before the deadline specified in the solicitation. Award is anticipated on 27 Sept 2002. Offers, including price, are binding for 30 days after submission and written acceptance of an offer by the government will result in a contract.
