- This amendment is being done to clarify the specifications. The following information is being added: delivery and set-up of portable buildings is required. This building facility shall have utility hook-ups, but the government will provide full utility hook-ups to the government facility. This facility shall have steps and ramps. This facility shall have a restroom as shown in the drawing. This facility may be newly refurbished. Upon the end of the lease the vendor shall dismantle and remove this facility. All other items remain the same.
