- This amendment is being done to clarify the specifications. The following information is being added: delivery and set-up of portable building is required. This building facility shall have utility hook-ups, but the government will provide full utility hook-ups to the government facility. This facility shall have steps and ramps. The water heater shall be at a minimum 40 gallons. All other things remain the same.
