- Description
- This is a notice of intent to contract with Acra Control, Incorporated on an other than full and open competitive basis for the KAM-500 airborne data acquisition system and components. This requirement support the Naval Air Systems Command, Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, Maryland. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded for this system and components. The contractor will provide the KAM-500 base system with 13 user slots including PS, ENC, and Mating Connectors, CAIS DAU BUS Interface, Ethernet Network Monitor, 6 CH ICP Accelerometer Module, 8 CH Full/Half Bridge Conditioner, 24 CH Programmable Digital Signal I/F, 1553 Bus Monitor Module, IRIG Time Code Module, and System MGMT, Support and Integration. This requirement is being procured under statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition, 10 U.S.C. Section 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL.
