Description

GovWorks, Minerals Management Service, Department of the Interior and the U.S. Army Redstone Technical Test Center, Redstone Arsenal, AL. intend to award this requirement to Herley Industries on a sole source basis, however all alternate quotes will be considered. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation and this announcement constitutes the only solicitation, under FAR Part 12, Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. GovWorks, Procurement Operations Branch, Department of the Interior has a requirement for a Herley MD50C-5 C-band Transponder Herley P/N 500001-11S, 12 each. All shipping and handling costs must be included in the quoted price. Commercial item FAR clauses 52.212-1, -3, -4, & -5 apply to this solicitation. GovWorks Procurement will manage the procurement request and resultant contract administration as well as payment of invoices.
