- NA PROJECT TITLE: Leadership Development Program Manager JOB DESCRIPTION: The Contractor will provide planning, teaching and facilitation services for the US Army Corps of Engineers South Pacific Division (SPD) Leadership Development Program. The Contractor will provide program leadership, which includes but is not limited to being accountable for content, delivery, and outcomes. The program involves several meetings/conferences, regularly scheduled teleconferences, and travel to various training sites. The Contractor will work closely with program participants , the Senior SPD Manager and local Steering Committees. The Contractor will be responsible for assessing, tracking and reporting of program participants progress. The contract will be for a one year base period with option two one year options, each opti on year at the Government?s discretion. This Procurement will be conducted under FSC Code: R408, SIC Code: 8299, NAICS Code: 611430. The size standard for these codes is $6 million. This Request for Proposal (RFP) is a Small Business Set-Aside and all qualified small businesses may respond. The solicitation will be available for download on or about 27 Sep 02. All responses to the RFP sh ould be received within 30 days of the release of the solicitation. Receipt time and date will be provided in the solicitation document. ORDERING SOLICITATION: The solicitation for this project will be available for download on the Sacramento District Con tracting Division?s Internet Home Page at ?http://ebs.spk.usace.army.mil/?. Any future amendments to the solicitation will also be available for download from this web site. Requests for copies of this solicitation in any other format than what is advertis ed will be disregarded. It is important that you first go to this web site and under contract division home page, click on the advertised solicitation you are interested in. Go to Plan Holders Registration. This will require you to establish a user name an d password. Keep the user name and password and share it with anyone else in your organization that is responsible for registering your firm on Plan Holders Lists. With our new system you only have to do the full registration one time. If you have your use r name and password, you can always go back into the system and register for other jobs without having to go through the entire registration process. However, you can only do this by using your initial user name and password. In order to receive notificati on of any amendments to the solicitation you are required to register for the Plan Holders List. Please complete all requested information. This will take you to the next page, click on the file name and download. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which will be considered by the agency. Please note that all contractors and po tential contractors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database.
