- NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being reques ted and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is DAAD05-02-R-0057. This requirement is a brand name or equal and shall be awarded on an all or none basis. If providing and equal, provide sufficient description /descriptive literature of the physical, functional, or performance characteristics of the item for comparison purposes. CLIN 0001 PLATE, STEEL, HY-100 2-1/2? X 96? X 300 quantity 6 each. Specifications reference MIL-S16216K. All material must be accompa nied by a certification of quality conformance as outlined in Section 4.1.2 of the Military Specification. FOB destination Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland 21005. Delivery is 30 days ARO. FAR SUBPART 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies. A completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3. Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, must be provided with offers.
