- NA THE POINT OF CONTACT FOR THIS ACTION IS JULIE DAVIS AT 256/842-7422. It is the Government's intent to purchase Cable TV (CATV) Programming Services on a sole source basis from Knology of Huntsville, Inc., for a period of 12 months from 1 Oct 02 through 30 Sep 03. Knology has the existing CATV franchise on Redstone Arsenal plus lease agreements with the Redstone Arsenal Support Activity to utilize space on installation telephone poles. Knology already has an extensive infrastructure of their cable distrib ution system established throughout the installation. FOB Destination.
