- NA Pron: AX2F5183AX, NSN: 3040-01-432-8239, PN: 7-311511130-15 Quantity 63 each with 100% option each year exercisable for 2 yrs each applicable to AH-64 Airframe Unit. F.O. B. Origin with deliveries to Texarkana, TX. This part requires engineering sou rce approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. The approved source is McDonnell Douglas Helicopter (8V613). The required delivery when First Article is applicable 13 each 333 Days After Contract Award and 10 eac h month thereafter. First Article Test Report due 198 Days After Contract Award. When First Article is not applicable 13 each 210 Days After Contract Award 10 each month thereafter. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted depe ndent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. Adequate te chnical data is not available for this acquisition. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award.
