- NA Provide all labor, supplies, equipment, permits and licenses required for the packaging, pickup, transportation, incineration and document preparation of medical waste generated by Sierra Army Depot, Herlong CA every 80 days. The contractor shall transpor t regulated medical waste in accordance with local, state and federal laws and regulations. The resultant contract will be a Firm Fixed Price contract with a base period commencing on 1 October 2002 through 30 September 2003, with four (4) option years fo r a total period of five (5) years. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 562213. The small business size standard is $10.5 million annual average gross revenue of the concern for the last three (3) fiscal year s. This acquisition is being done as a 100% Small Business set-a-side. Anticipated award date is 09/30/2002. In accordance with FAR 5.102(a)(7), availability of this solicitation will be limited to the electronic medium. The anticipated posting of this solicitation is 11 September 2002. All contractual and technical questions must be submitted in writing and may be faxed to 530-827-4722, Attn: Tracy Marino.
