- NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information inlcuded in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. DAHA25-02-T-0037 is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect with Federal Acquisition Circular 01-09. This combined synopsis/so licitation has been set-aside for small business. The following information is mandatory and must be included with each vendor quote: Solicitation Number (DAHA25-02-T-0037), Contractor name and address, Contract phone and fax number, Contractor point of contact, Contractor Duns and Bradstreet Numb er, and FAR 52.212-3 completed by vendor. If any of this information in not included in the quote, vendor quote will be considered to be non-responsive. All vendor quotes shall be faxed to Sandy Leach at 402-309-7549 no later than 4:00 p.m. CDT, Monday, September 16, 2002. All vendor/prospective contractors must be registed in the CCR database (www.ccr.gov) prior to award date of Tuesday, September 17, 2002. If not active or registered by 7:30 a.m. CDT, on Tuesday, September 17, 2002, vendor quote will be considered as non-responsive. Notification of award can be found that day of the next at www.eps.gov.
