- NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. DAHA25-02-T-0036 is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect in Federal Acquisitions Circular 01-09. The combined synopsis/soli citation has been set-aside 100% for small businesses. The SIC Code is 3663. CLIN 0001: Sharp Notevision PG-C30XU Video Projector (brand name only and no refurbished). CLIN 0002: Soft sided carry-on case AN-C100CC. CLIN 0003: Model B, Da-Lite 70 inches x 70 inches Video Projector Screen (White with matte finish). Quantity of 1 each on all three CLINS. To be delivered to Lincoln, Nebraska 68524, 155 LG/LGLB, 2420 West Butler Avenue, Lincoln, NE 68524-1888. Delivery to made 14 days after receipt of purcha se order. Any and all shipping costs to be included in cost of items and not as a separate cost. Any shipping costs listed separately will make vendor quote be considered non-responsive. We are Federal Government therefore we are exempt from taxes. The following FARS are applicable to this combined synopsis/solicitation: 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items; 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items; 52.212-3, Offerors Certifications and Representations-Commercial Items; 52.212-4, Contract Te rms & Conditions-Commercial Items; 52.212-5, Contract Terms & Conditions Needed to Implement Statutes on Executive Orders-Commercial Items; and 52.247-34, FOB:Destination. The following information is mandatory for each vendor quote. Solicitation Number (DAHA25-02-T-0036), Contractor name and address, Contractor phone and fax number, Contractor Point of Contact, Contractor Duns and Bradstreet Number, and the completed FAR 52.212-3 (completed by the vendor). If any of this information is not included in th e quote, that vendor quote will be considered non-responsive. All quotes need to be faxed to the attention of Sandy Leach at 402-309-7549 no later than 4:00 p.m. CDT, Monday, September 16, 2002. All vendors/prospective contractors must be registered in th e CCR database (www.ccr.gov) prior to award date of Tuesday, September 17, 2002. It not registered or active by 7:30 a.m. CDT, Tuesday, September 17, 2002, vendor quote will be considered non-responsive. Notification of award can be found that day or the next at www.eps.gov.
