- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is set-aside for small business only. The NAICS Code for this synopsis/solicitation is 562998, Size Standard is $6,000,000. PR FQ324521700200 is issued as a Request for Quote. This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-08 effective 29 July 2002. The Government intends to award a contract to clean catch basins base wide, CLIN as follows: Clean Catch Basins (660 each), include vacuum clean basins 100% to bottom, pressure wash walls, frames, grates and hoods with high pressure water. Jet clean all invert and outvert pipes from basins with sand jetting nozzle to allow for good drainage, and to dispose of sand and debris on site. The following provisions and clauses apply to this procurement: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items: Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer is considered to be most advantageous to the Government, considering technical acceptability, past performance, and price. Offerors are required to submit at least three references for evaluation of past performance of same or similar services or items. FAR 52-212-3, Offeror Representations and Certification-Commercial Items (all offerors shall include a completed copy of this provision with their proposal); FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, in paragraph (b) the following clauses apply; 52.222-19, 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.232-33.
