Description: The Air Force Metrology Calibration Detachment is considering the purchase of seventy-six (76) RF/Microwave Universal Counters.This counter is to provide up to 12 digits/sec frequency and period resolution and 150 ps time interval resolution. This counter is to provide high resolution Time Base measurements for numerous Synthesized Signal Generators. This counter must be capable of making frequency, pulse width, rise/fall time, and time interval measurements for TACAN, IFF multiple generators and various frequency related items.
