- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, F26600-02-Q-B055 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-07. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 443120. The size standard for a small business under this NAICS code is less than or equal to $7.5 million in annual revenue over a three year average. This Request for Quotation is being submitted as a total small business set aside. This is a commercial purchase. Contractor?s quotes shall include pricing for the following line items; 0001- Contractor to provide and install four (4) high resolution (1280x1024) LCD projectors, Lumen rating high enough to show presentations with all lighting on, compatible with all NTSC, S-VHS, component, RGB, and computer graphics (GS, S-VGA, XGA, and S-XGA) formats, long bulb life, quiet and reliable operation, and wireless remote control. Product must be equal to a Barco 6300 Reality. Must be mounted so the projection will not interfere with the presenter, i.e. rear projection. Contractor to provide and install four (4) screens compatible with the projection method, signal distribution unit capable of handling at least four different signals. Contractor to provide all peripheral equipment (i.e. lenses, mounting hardware, and cabling) necessary to install key equipment and also to provide programming as appropriate. CLIN 0001 for the ?Mission Planning? Room at Red Flag building Bldg 201, 3662 Tyndall Ave, Nellis AFB, NV. 0002- Contractor to provide and install two (2) high resolution (1280x1024) LCD projectors, Lumen rating high enough to show presentations with all lighting on, compatible with all NTSC, S-VHS, component, RGB, and computer graphics (GS, S-VGA, XGA, and S-XGA) formats, long bulb life, quiet and reliable operation, and wireless remote control. Award will be made to the responsible, responsive offeror who provides the best overall value to the government, based on price. The government reserves the right to make multiple awards. Quotes should be in the following format; price for each line item independently and an additional quote that reflects pricing if the offeror is awarded both requirements. Quotes should also include an F.O.B. point, delivery time, and prompt payment terms. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) provision 52.211-6, Brand Name or Equal applies to this solicitation. FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this solicitation. FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items is also applicable. The following factor will be used to evaluate the offer: Price. In addition to the quote, offerors shall submit with their offer a completed copy of FAR provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items with Alternate I.
