- Description
- The 55th Contracting Squadron is intending to award a sole-source purchase order to Content Technologies Inc. for annual renewal of MailSweeper for SMTP software maintenance (base year and one option year). This purchase will be made under simplified acquisition procedures and Other than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award date is 1 Oct 02. This notice is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
